What’s Included

Wedding hall hires includes the following only:

  • Heating & Lighting
  • Upstairs & Downstairs Hall
  • Upstairs & Downstairs Kitchen
  • Compactor and Skip
  • IMWS Utensils
  • Car Park Attendant

Additional Setting Up Times

3 hours additional time will be provided for £80 (maximum time limit up to 10 pm), if available bookings can only be taken 10 working days before the event.

Additional Usage Times

If the hirer would like additional time over and above the allocated time of use and only if it is available then the hirer may book the hall at a rate of £80 per hour in advance 4 weeks prior to the date of booking. Any additional time requested and not booked in advance will incur a charge of £100 per hour (part of the hour will be rounded up to the next full hour).

Hirer’s responsibilities

1. To finish on time

2. To leave hall as found which includes:

  • Putting away of chairs and table in orderly manner
  • Cleaning of staircase
  • Cleaning of Kitchen
  • Compacting of waste bag and disposing in skips
  • If stage must be removed within 30 minutes of allocated time
  • Gas usage and any additional charges must be paid by cash within 5 working days after event
  • Deposit will be returned by bank payment within 7 working days of event providing all charges are paid.
